Sabeena embarked upon a career as an independent mortgage broker in 2005 after working in the mortgage lending industry since 1994. She has obtained her certification as an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), and as such, is dedicated to finding the right mortgage solution for her clients. The AMP designation demonstrates that a mortgage professional offers a high level of integrity, customer service and industry knowledge.

It is Sabeena's view that as a mortgage broker she is able to establish long term relationships with her clients and assist them as their needs change throughout their lives. Sabeena is partnered with the Verico Mortgage Brokers Network which is synonymous in the Canadian Mortgage Brokerage Industry as "the" place for Canada's Elite Mortgage Brokers.

Jennifer entered the mortgage/lending industry over 13 years ago, after graduating with a BA Degree from UVic. The majority of this valuable experience has been in management positions.

Her extensive knowledge as a lender, ranging from personal mortgages & loans to retail finance & broker led business, has generated precise skills on negotiating, adjudication and the entire approval process. This being a valuable step into the independent mortgage broker industry with the knowledge of what a lender requires for optimal approval ratios at optimal terms, all the while giving and expecting the industries best customer service.
